Shipping and Handling

Great News! We now offer FREE shipping AND handling to anywhere within the continental United States on all orders totaling $100.00 and higher! All orders $99.99 and under will be subject to a shipping charge. Although we try our best to accurately price each item there are some rare instances in which oversized/overweight orders may incur additional shipping charges. In these cases we will notify you before your order is processed via email or telephone.

Defined Performance is not responsible for products lost or damaged during the shipping process. If you receive a package damaged during shipping please contact us at 417-838-7927 within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company (UPS/FEDEX/USPS). Claims made more than 48 hours after delivery cannot be pursued.

Returns

All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Special Order items are Non Refundable.  In the event of a return please take care when opening/returning package.  All returns must be packaged appropriately to prevent damage to the product.  All returns must be sent back to Defined Performance LLC with original packaging to be accepted.  Contact by phone to arrange 417-838-7927.
