MAPerformance SS Oil Cooler Kit (02 - 07 WRX / 04 - 07 STi)


This kit will come with everything to add an oil cooler to any year WRX/STi with a turbo engine from 2002 - 2007. It has oil sandwich adapter that goes between the oil filter and stock oil cooler that has (2) 1/2 BSP ports that are converted to -10AN fittings with the required hardware. This kit supplies everything but vehicle specific mounting brackets. Standard mounting brackets are built into the oil cooler itself for you to mount the unit as you see fit, typically in the passenger side fender well behind the bumper cover.

Kit Includes

  • (1) Oil Cooler Sandwich Adapter
  • (4) -10AN SS 90 Degree Fittings
  • (2) 1/2 BSP to -10AN Adapters with seals
  • (8) -10AN Stainless Braided Hose
  • (1) Mocal Oil Cooler with Brackets

Optional Component

If you prefer a thermostat controlled kit, you can replace the Sandwich Adapter with one utilizing a built-in thermostat. The adapter will open up a port to the fittings at operating temperature, thus making sure the oil does not get over cooled!
